Mr. Hecht is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including within behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability services, and post-acute care. He has held multiple executive leadership positions, including as a CFO and CSO, for private equity backed companies. His background includes both strategic and operational expertise, financial oversight, growth, mergers and acquisitions, and integration execution.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hecht spent seven years at RHA Health Services. During his time there, Mr. Hecht served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, leading the company’s finance and capital market’s function and helping drive the company’s expansion into multiple new markets, both through acquisition and organic growth. Prior to RHA, Mr. Hecht served as a senior vice president at Formation Capital, a vice president at Healthpro Heritage, and a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, among other roles.
Mr. Hecht graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in Politics and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Healthcare Management.
