Frederik Mate

Mr. Mate is the Vice President of Administration. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, he served as Senior Office Manager at Partners Group. Prior to his tenure at Partners Group, he held leadership roles at Acqualina Resort and Residences and luxury hotels in Vienna and Frankfurt.

Mr. Mate holds a degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management and completed executive education in Hotel & Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University.
