Jan Jerger-Stevens is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners with over 25 years of professional experience in HR and Operations. Her experience ranges from public, private and equity backed organizations along with working across a wide range of sectors including building materials, manufacturing and healthcare. Jan has a successful track record of developing/implementing strategies that drive the people, culture and business goals.
Ms. Jerger-Stevens served as the senior HR executive in a number of building material organizations with her most recent role as CHRO for Itochu Building Products where she spent two years transforming HR and prior to this, CHRO for PrimeSource Building Products. Jan was previously Vice President, Human Resources with HCSC. Ms. Jerger-Stevens was instrumental in driving HR transformation within HR and throughout the business. She previously spent eight years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at GAF where she also served as a member of the Board of Directors. After joining GAF in 2007 as the result of the acquisition of ElkCorp, Jan was a member of the integration team and also led the successful HR transformation, driving innovative processes and programs, in areas of talent strategies and technology, employee engagement and recognition, talent acquisition, benefit/compensation and wellness program solutions, employee relations and safety initiatives. Prior to her recruitment to ElkCorp, Ms. Jerger-Stevens spent over 15 years in HR global leadership positions with Jacuzzi Brands and Ingersoll-Rand Company.
Ms. Jerger-Stevens currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sterling Site Access Solutions. Ms. Jerger-Stevens received her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and her undergraduate degree in management from Defiance College in Ohio. Jan also serves on the HR Committee for the YMCA.
