Ms. Wilson is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners with over 30 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, including provider, payer, medical device, life science/pharma and tech. She has served as a senior executive, including CEO, COO, CSO and Managing Partner for a major consulting firm and has been a well-respected strategist and business advisor to numerous organizations and private equity firms.

Ms. Wilson joined the firm in 2021, after working with the Blue Wolf team as the lead engagement partner for several portfolio companies and leader of the healthcare deals team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Ms. Wilson started the healthcare deals strategy practice as part of the overall deals practice and served clients across the globe in assessing strategic opportunities for inorganic growth and value creation. Her practice developed specific strength in Japan and China, working with some of the largest Asian companies in the world. During her tenure at PwC, the practice experienced exponential growth and brought on multiple partners. Prior to PwC, Ms. Wilson was a CEO and COO at Aria Health (part of the Jefferson Health System) and Sharon Regional, as well as CAO at Colorado Children’s Hospital. Her experience also includes senior leadership positions at CommonSpirit, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and GE Healthcare, as well as interim CEO assignments in three private equity portfolio companies. She also founded 3 successful healthcare businesses and is the founder and chair of the Alliance for Innovation in Integrated Healthcare.

Ms. Wilson is the recipient of several honors and awards including: Healthcare Innovator of the Year (AHA), International Emerging Leader in Healthcare (Health Forum), and Mayor’s Commendation for Economic Development. She has also been a sought-after speaker on the future of healthcare and other topics.

Ms. Wilson received a M.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and B.A. from the University of North Carolina and Cornell University. She is trained in Lean and Six-Sigma.
