Paul Claro

Mr. Claro is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners with over 25 years of professional experience, predominately in the Manufacturing, Services, and Distribution industries focused on commercial and operational management. He has worked for private equity owned companies, family-owned companies, and publicly traded companies ranging from ~$45M to over $250M+ in revenue, with deep expertise in complex turnaround and growth environments in both domestic and international companies.

Most recently, Mr. Claro was the President & CEO of Douglas Machines Corporation, a PE sponsored industrial manufacturer of industrial washing and sanitizing equipment for the foodservice and food-processing sectors, where he led commercial and operational strategies culminating in two successful PE exits over a six-year period.
Mr. Claro’s previous roles include Vice President and General Manager at Trojan Battery Company a global manufacturer and supplier of deep cycle batteries, President of the International Distribution and Services Division at Argo Turboserve Corporation with 22 global locations and executive positions with Harsco Corporation, NUR Macroprinters Ltd., and MCM Environmental Technologies.

Mr. Claro earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from Drew University and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
