Ms. Dwinell is an Operating Partner for Human Capital at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. An accomplished global human resources leader with more than two decades of experience delivering innovative solutions to transform organizations, she has served in an array of roles, delivering results across private and public organizations in diverse industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dwinell was Chief People Officer for Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate company, where she focused on establishing an organizational strategy and vision to drive growth and improve the employee experience. Previously, Ms. Dwinell served as Chief People Officer for Sevita, a private equity backed healthcare provider, and spent almost 20 years with Texas Instruments, where she was instrumental in creating an enterprise-wide talent review process and building the company’s first people analytics function, which leveraged HR data and analytics to improve key business outcomes. In 2023, she received OnCon’s Top 50 CHRO Icon Award.
Ms. Dwinell graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in Economics and Sociology and received a Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University.
