Anne is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, consumer products, and aerospace and defense industries. She specializes in driving transformative growth, operational excellence, and value creation for businesses across diverse sectors.
Previously, Anne served as President of Modivcare Home, a $900 million home healthcare business employing over 18,000 teammates nationwide. In this role, she led strategic initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and workforce development. Before that, Anne was Group Vice President at DaVita, a Fortune 250 healthcare company, where she oversaw critical business functions including payer strategy, revenue cycle management, insurance operations, patient engagement, and pharmacy management. As a member of the executive leadership team, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s revenue strategies and risk management practices.
After business school, Anne worked at Bain & Company, where she spent seven years advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, education, and consumer product sectors. Her work focused on enabling sustained business growth and facilitating successful exits for portfolio companies.
Anne also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for OI Infusion, a fast-growing, multi-state ambulatory infusion business. Her past board affiliations include the Chronic Disease Coalition, CU Denver Business School, City Year Denver, Amp the Cause, and Access Opportunity, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and organizational impact.
Anne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, and an MBA with honors from The Wharton School.
