Mr. Boncher is a Strategic Advisor of Industrial and Engineering Services at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. He has nearly three decades of experience in driving strategic growth and profitability at Cupertino Electric (CEI), one of North America’s largest electrical engineering and construction firms. As president and CEO of CEI, Mr. Boncher helped to capitalize on the company’s core strengths, positioning CEI to dominate in major commercial, solar, data center and utility markets, while expanding its geographic reach. Under his leadership, the company gained a competitive advantage by employing cutting edge technological innovation on job sites while still prioritizing high-quality service and corporate integrity. Mr. Boncher began his career at Bank of America as a commercial banking officer.
Mr. Boncher serves on the Board of Directors of The State Group and KDB. In 2012, he was selected as an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist by Ernst & Young. He received a B.S. in Economics from the University of California at Irvine.
