Taylor Cole

Mr. Cole is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners with more than 35 years of operational and executive experience in the B-to-B industrial and heavy equipment manufacturing spaces as both a manufacturer and operator. He has worked for US and foreign publicly traded entities, private, and PE sponsored companies. Additionally, he has extensive international experience In the Asia / Pacific Region having lived in Indonesia for ten years and two years in Singapore.

Most recently, Mr. Cole was the CEO of Canam Steel Corporation, a PE sponsored supplier to the commercial construction industry. Prior to that, he was the President of Firestone Building Products, which under his leadership completed a four-year turnaround culminating in the divestiture of the business.

Mr. Cole’s previous roles include President of the North America OTR tire division for Bridgestone and Managing Director of U.S. new equipment and aftermarket business units at Howden North America. Mr. Cole also served in executive roles at Intergraph Corporation, Sandvik Mining and Construction, Freeport McMoRan, and International Shipholding Corporation.

Mr. Cole earned a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and received his M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
